I have setup my acorns account smoothly. I have connected my checking account and that has been verified, but the same account is the account I want to use for round-up part and it will not verify. Please help. Im not sure if the same bank account cant be the main bank account for my profile and I need a separate account for round-up. I know my security question your asking I have is correct so I think there might be a bug in the app not letting the security question be typed in, in a verifiable format. Please help Ive tried to email customer support no answer i want to invest and like your company but I need your help to get me started.
